【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthepropertiesoflightweightaggregatesandlightweightfilleraggregatesobtainedbyprocessingnatural,manufacturedorrecycledmaterialsandmixturesoftheseaggregatesforuseinconcrete,mortarandgroutinbuildings,roadsandcivilengineeringworks.ThisEuropeanStandardcoverslightweightaggregatesofmineraloriginhavingparticledensitiesnotexceeding2000kg/m(2,00Mg/m)orloosebulkdensitiesnotexceeding1200kg/m(1,20Mg/m)including:a)naturalaggregates;b)aggregatesmanufacturedfromnaturalmaterialsand/orfromby-productsofindustrialprocesses;c)by-productsofindustrialprocesses;d)recycledaggregates.ItprovidesfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproductstothisEuropeanStandard.Therequirementsspecifiedinthisstandardmaynotberelevanttoalltypesoflightweightaggregates.Forparticularapplicationstherequirementsandtolerancesmaybeadaptedfortheenduse.NOTEAggregatesusedinconstructionshouldcomplywithalltherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandard.AswellasfamiliarandtraditionalnaturalandmanufacturedaggregatesMandateM/125"Aggregates"includedrecycledaggregatesandsomematerialsfromneworunfamiliarsources.Recycledaggregatesareincludedinthestandardsandnewtestmethodsforthemareatanadvancedstageofpreparation.Forunfamiliarmaterialsfromsecondarysources,however,theworkonstandardisationhasonlystartedrecentlyandmoretimeisneededtodefineclearlytheoriginsandcharacteristicsofthesematerials.Inthemeantimesuchunfamiliarmaterialswhenplacedonthemarketasaggregatesmustcomplyfullywiththisstandardandnationalregulationsfordangeroussubstances(seeAnnexZAofthestandard)dependingupontheirintendeduse.Additionalcharacteristicsandrequirementsmaybespecifiedonacasebycasebasisdependinguponexperienceofuseoftheproduct,anddefinedinspecificcontractualdocuments.
