【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthedistributionextensionsoftheCommonInformationModel(CIM)specifiedinIEC61970-301.Itdefinesastandardsetofextensionsofcommoninformationmodel(CIM),whichsupportmessagedefinitionsinParts3to9ofIEC61968,IEC61968-13andIEC61968-141).ThescopeofthisdocumentistheinformationmodelthatextendsthebaseCIMfortheneedsofdistributionnetworks,aswellasforintegrationwithenterprise-wideinformationsystemstypicallyusedwithinelectricalutilities.TheinformationmodelisdefinedinUMLwhichisplatform-independentandelectronicallyprocessablelanguagethatisthenusedtocreatemessagepayloaddefinitionsindifferentrequiredformats.Inthisway,thisstandardwillnotbeimpactedbythespecification,developmentand/ordeploymentofnextgenerationinfrastructures,eitherthroughtheuseofstandardsorproprietarymeans.Forthepurposesofthisdocument,thedistributionCIM(DCIM)modelreferstotheIECTC57CIMmodelasdefinedbyIEC61970-301andIEC61968-11(thisdocument).TheCommonInformationModel(CIM)isanabstractmodelofthemajorobjectsinanelectricutilityenterprisetypicallyinvolvedinutilityoperations.Byprovidingastandardwayofrepresentingpowersystemresourcesasobjectclassesandattributes,alongwiththeirrelationships,theCIMfacilitatestheintegrationofsoftwareapplicationsdevelopedindependentlybydifferentvendors.TheCIMfacilitatesintegrationbydefiningacommonlanguage(i.e.,semanticsandsyntax)basedontheCIMtoenabletheseapplicationsorsystemstoaccesspublicdataandexchangeinformationindependentofhowsuchinformationisrepresentedinternally.IEC61970-301definesacoreCIMforEnergyManagementSystem(EMS)applications,includingmanyclassesthatwouldbeusefulinawidervarietyofapplications.Duetoitssize,theCIMclassesaregroupedintologicalPackages,andcollectionsofthesepackagesaremaintainedasseparateInternationalStandards.ThisdocumentextendsthecoreCIMwithpackagesthatfocusonDistributionManagementSystems(DMS)includingAssets,Work,Customers,LoadControl,Metering,andothers.IEC61970-3022)extendstheCIMwithpackagesthatfocusonFinancial,EnergyScheduling,Reservation,andothermarket-relatedapplications.OtherCIMextensionsmaybepublishedasInternationalStandards,eachmaintainedbyaseparategroupofdomainexperts.Dependingonaproject’sneeds,theintegrationofapplicationsmayrequireclassesandpackagesfromoneormoreoftheCIMstandards.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidancefortheselectionandapplicationofmethodstoassessbioavailabilityforthecharacterisationofcontaminatedsoilandsoilmaterials.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotgiveaselectionofthebestapplicablemethods,butspecifiesboundaryconditionsandprinciplesofmethodstobeusedandgivestheminimalrequirementsforthedevelopmentofmethods.Theresultsobtainedfromsuchmethodscanbeusedasanestimateofbioavailabilityinarisk-assessmentapproach.InthisInternationalStandard,whentheterm"soil"isonlyquotedforsimplification,thebroaderterm"soilandsoilmaterial"shallbeconsidered.ThecontaminantsconsideredinthisInternationalStandardaremetals,includingmetalloids,andorganiccontaminants,includingorganometalcompounds.ThisInternationalStandardisalsoapplicabletometalsoriginatingfromnaturalgeologicalandpedologicalprocesses(naturalpedo-geochemicalcontent).ThisInternationalStandardcanalsobeappliedtosediments.Accordingtotheprotectiongoalsenvisaged,applicationsofexistingmethodsarerecommendedandtheirlimitationsdiscussed,withtheintentionofpromotingthedevelopmentandintroductionofworkablestandardmethodstobeusedinsoilandsiteassessment.Thesemethodsarerequiredtoallowforthequantificationoffactorsinfluencingbioavailability.
