【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesrecommendationsontheevaluationofserviceabilityagainstvibrationsofbuildings,andwalkwayswithinbuildingsorconnectingthemoroutsideofbuildings.Itcoversthreerecipientsofvibrations:a)humanoccupancyinbuildingsandonwalkways;b)thecontentsofthebuilding;c)thestructureofthebuilding.Itdoesnotincludebridgesthatcarryvehiculartraffic,eveninconjunctionwithpedestriantraffic,northedesignoffoundationsorsupportingstructuresofmachinery.ForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,itisassumedthatthebuildingstructurerespondslinearlytotheappliedloads.Thismeansthatthestructuredoesnotyieldorfail,norisitsubjecttosignificantnon-lineareffects.
