【摘要】:1Thisstandardspecifiesthegeneralrecommendationsforthedesign,construction,testing,commissioning,operationandmaintenanceofinstallationpipework,thatisthepipeworkbetweenthepointofdeliveryofthegasandtheinletconnectiontothegasappliance.Thisstandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgasinstallationpipework.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethatmoredetailednationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticemayexistintheCENmembercountries.Thisstandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththesenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticesettingouttheabove-mentionedbasicprinciples.Intheeventofconflictsintermsofmorerestrictiverequirementsinnationallegislation/regulationwiththerequirementsofthisstandard,thenationallegislation/regulationshalltakeprecedenceasillustratedinCR13737:2000.NOTETheCR13737:2000contains:—theclassificationofalllegislations/regulationsapplicableinacountry;—ifappropriate,morerestrictivenationalrequirementsthereof;—anationalcontactpointforthelatestinformation.Thisstandardisapplicabletoinstallationpipeworkhavingamaximumoperatingpressure(MOP)lessthanorequalto5bar.Thisstandardisapplicabletonewinstallationpipeworkaswellastoreplacementsof,orextensionsto,existinginstallationpipework.Thisstandarddoesnotcontainrecommendationsforthelayingofburiedpipework.Formoreinformation,referenceshouldbemadetoprEN12007-1,prEN12007-2andprEN12007-3.Formoreinformationongaspressureregulatinginstallations,referenceshouldbemadetoprEN12279.Formoreinformationongasmeteringsystems,referenceshouldbemadetoprEN1776.2Thisstandardisapplicabletoinstallationpipeworksuppliedfromgasdistributionsystems.LPGinstallationssupplieddirectlyfromstoragevesselsareexcluded.3Inthisstandardtheterm"gas"referstocombustiblegases,whicharegaseousat15℃and1013mbar.Thesegases,generallyodorizedforsafetyreasons,arecommonlyreferredtoasmanufacturedgas,naturalgasorliquefiedpetroleumgases(LPG).Theyarealsoreferredtoasfirst,secondorthirdfamilygases(seeTable1ofEN437:1993).Inthisstandardallpressuresaregaugepressures.
