【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliesforthedesign,installationandcommissioningoftransferplatformsandcarsandancillarydevicesfortheprocessrelatedtransportofceramicmaterialonrails.Therails,whichareconsideredtobehorizontalandthemovementofvehiclesinequipmentandmachineryconnectedwiththeprocessrelatedtransportsuchaskilns,dryers,collectorscaffolds,machineryforloadingandunloadingarealsocovered.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotransferplatformsandcars,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Noiseisnotasignificanthazard.Thisdocumentdealswiththepreventivemeasurestominimisethesehazardswhichcanariseduringcommissioning,theoperationandmaintenance.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:1.3.1Kilnsanddryers(seeEN746-1:1997),machineryforsettinganddehackingofheavyclayandrefractory,productsandmachineryforloadingandunloadingoffineclaytiles;1.3.2Retrial,packagingandstorageoffinishedproducts;1.3.3Transportofcarswithnotrailmountedequipmente.g.withdriverlesstrucks(seeEN1525:1997);1.3.4Transferplatformsandcarswhicharedrivenbyhumanpower.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletotransferplatformsandcarsandancillarydeviceswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
