【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationfordesignandconstructionofself-propelled,mountedorsemi-mountedvineshoottippingmachines.Thesemobilemachinesareusedfortrimmingvineyardandotherfruittressthatgrowinthesameway(trellisingplants)andsimilarapplications.Theircuttingtoolsareeither:?Highspeedrotativeblades(whichcutbyimpact),or?Rotativebladeandcounterblade(whichcutbyshearing),or?Reciprocatingcuttingbar(whichcutsbyshearing).Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:?Tippingmachinesforfreestandingfruitbushes,?Walk-behindpedestriancontrolledmachines,?Machinesintendedtobemountedonwalk-behindpedestriancontrolledmachines,?Hand-heldmachines.NOTE1Machinesintendedtobemountedonwalk-behindpedestriancontrolledmachineswillbedealtwithinthenextrevisionofthisstandard.Thisstandarddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofriskswhichneedspecificrequirementsforvineshoottippingmachines.Itdoesnotdealwithgeneralhazards,particularlygeneralhazardsrelatedtomobility,includingthosespecifictoself-propelledmachines.TheseaspectswillbedealtwithinanotherstandardproducedbyCEN/TC144(seeintroduction).Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpracticestobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThelistofsignificanthazardsdealtwithinthisstandardisgiveninannexA.AnnexAalsoindicatesthehazardswhichhavenotbeendealtwith.NOTE2Thisstandarddoesnotdealwith:?thelocationandtheoperationofthecontrols;?theadaptabilityandthesettingupofmountedmachinesontractorsorothervehicles.Environmentalaspectshavenotbeenconsideredinthisstandard.Thisstandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthestandard.
