【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC7811specifiesthelocationofembossedcharactersonidentificationcardsofID-1size,thedimensionsofwhicharespecifiedinISO/IEC7810.Theembossedcharactersareintendedfortransferofdataeitherbyuseofimprintersorbyvisualormachinereading.ISO/IEC10373specifiesthetestproceduresusedtocheckcardsagainsttheparametersspecifiedinthispartofISO/IEC7811.ThispartofISO/IEC7811specifiestherequirementsforcardsusedforidentification.Ittakesintoconsiderationbothhumanandmachineaspectsandstatesminimumrequirements.Note-NumericvaluesintheSIand/orImperialmeasurementsysteminthispartofISO/IEC7811mayhavebeenroundedoffandthereforeareconsistentwith,butnotexactlyequalto,eachother.Eithersystemmaybeused,butthetwoshouldnotbeintermixedorreconverted.TheoriginaldesignwasmadeusingtheImperialmeasurementsystem.
