【摘要】:Thispracticecoversinformationforthedesignandoperationofaprogramtomonitorandcontrolongoingstabilityandprecisionandbiasperformanceofselectedanalyticalmeasurementsystemsusingacollectionofgenerallyacceptedstatisticalqualitycontrol(SQC)proceduresandtools.Note1-Acompletelistofcriteriaforselectingmeasurementsystemstowhichthispracticeshouldbeappliedandfordeterminingthefrequencyatwhichitshouldbeappliedisbeyondthescopeofthispractice.However,somefactorstobeconsideredinclude(1)frequencyofuseoftheanalyticalmeasurementsystem,(2)criticalityoftheparameterbeingmeasured,(3)systemstabilityandprecisionperformancebasedonhistoricaldata,(4)businesseconomics,and(5)regulatory,contractual,ortestmethodrequirements.Thispracticeisapplicabletostableanalyticalmeasurementsystemsthatproduceresultsonacontinuousnumericalscale.Thispracticeisapplicabletolaboratorytestmethods.Thispracticeisapplicabletovalidatedprocessstreamanalyzers.ThispracticeisapplicabletomonitoringthedifferencesbetweentwoanalyticalmeasurementsystemsthatpurporttomeasurethesamepropertyprovidedthatbothsystemshavebeenassessedinaccordancewiththestatisticalmethodologyinPracticeD6708andtheappropriatebiasapplied.Note2-Forvalidationofunivariateprocessstreamanalyzers,seealsoPracticeD3764.Note3-Oneorbothoftheanalyticalsystemsincanbelaboratorytestmethodsorvalidatedprocessstreamanalyzers.Thispracticeassumesthatthenormal(Gaussian)modelisadequateforthedescriptionandpredictionofmeasurementsystembehaviorwhenitisinastateofstatisticalcontrol.Note4-Fornon-Gaussianprocesses,transformationsoftestresultsmaypermitproperapplicationofthesetools.Consultastatisticianforfurtherguidanceandinformation.

适用范围
本标准规定了数字通道维护工作所需要的投人业务的差错性能限值，以便达到多种业务环境所给出的性能指标。
本标准适用于运行在PDH网上其传输速率从64kbit/s到139264kbit/s的各数字系列级的数字通道差错性能的维护限值。数字通道的差错性能限值只在通道的可用时间周期内评估。
